Easter Sunday and a Wedding



 

A 3-tiered wedding cake for Easter Sunday. It is chocolate-flavored with chocolate ganache and Swiss Meringue buttercream fillings.

The bottom tier is a 12-inch round Chocolate Pound Cake. The middle tier is a 9-inch round Moist Chocolate cake while the top tier is a 6-inch round styro.


   






All tiers are covered with rolled fondant and decorated with hot pink and apple green icing sugar flowers, fondant ribbons and pearls, and fondant flowers around the corners of each tier.
