It's Labor Day Weekend!

It's a sweet, exciting, and flavorful summer as you extend your Labor Day weekend fun with family and friends at the very first Sabor Flavorfest in Bacolod Capitol Lagoon this coming May 3 and 4, 2014.

And of course, we wouldn't want to miss this summer fun. Not without you! We are bringing you our little goodies at the fest. So come to the Sabor Flavorfest this weekend and visit our booth!

There will also be more exciting activities at the fest like local food features, picnic dining, mini petting zoo, movie watching, roving magicians, music, dance, DJs, and a lot lot more!

Easter Sunday and a Wedding

 

A 3-tiered wedding cake for Easter Sunday. It is chocolate-flavored with chocolate ganache and Swiss Meringue buttercream fillings.

The bottom tier is a 12-inch round Chocolate Pound Cake. The middle tier is a 9-inch round Moist Chocolate cake while the top tier is a 6-inch round styro.

   

All tiers are covered with rolled fondant and decorated with hot pink and apple green icing sugar flowers, fondant ribbons and pearls, and fondant flowers around the corners of each tier.
